Building Bosses Program
Igniting Youth Entrepreneurship
Through our Building Bosses Program, we support the dreams of aspiring young entrepreneurs by offering one free business formation and bookkeeping package annually. This program equips youth with the tools to launch their own ventures, build financial literacy, and step confidently into economic independence. It’s more than business—it’s a foundation for generational success.
Ball Giveaway
Promoting Healthy Play and Active Lifestyles
Launched each spring, our Ball Giveaway brings the joy of movement to children ages 5–16 in the Hampton Roads, VA area. We distribute sports balls, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, and more—to encourage physical activity, teamwork, and outdoor play. This simple gift helps children build confidence, develop healthy habits, and enjoy a sense of freedom and fun.
Book Scholarships
Investing in Academic Success
We award $500 book scholarships annually to college students across the United States who face financial hardship. These funds help cover the cost of textbooks, supplies, and essential academic tools, easing financial stress and promoting student success. As part of the application process, students submit a short essay on a topic within the tax industry, promoting financial awareness and literacy.
Bike Giveaway
Bringing Joy to Children of Incarcerated Parents
More than 5 million children in the U.S. have experienced the incarceration of a parent. Our Bike Giveaway is a seasonal program designed to bring a sense of normalcy and joy to these children during the holiday season. A brand-new bicycle offers more than a ride, it delivers hope, connection, and a reminder that they are seen, valued, and supported by a caring community.
